You can visit Australia to participate in a course of study. With eligible courses, there is also a temporary visa that allows international students to live, study and work after you have finished your studies.

With a student visa, you can:

• • participate in an eligible course of study in Australia
  • travel in and out of Australia
  • work up to 40 hours every 2-week period once your course starts

With a temporary graduate visa, you can:

• • stay in Australia for between 2 to 4 years after you have finished your studies
  • travel, work or study in Australia during your stay
